It’s been my experience that 80% of all heterosexual women entering this profession end up dating, sleeping with, or marrying a colleague.
It’s so prevalent, we often find it difficult to find a heterosexual woman cop that never checks those boxes.
I think they know what they are doing getting into this profession, whether it’s intentional or subconscious.

Would the LT still be ok with married folks in the same unit? From an organizational perspective, you would think splitting up the couple in separate units would be warranted for the sake of each Officers career and cohesiveness of the unit.
