26 years ago I parked 2 vehicles in it and even stuffed a ‘72 914 in there. For the last 15 years I’ve parked outside due to accumulated tools and stuff. Just recently I set up a workshop in there for various projects. Still park outside,

I closed in half of my garage and it's now my man cave. The other half has a few things in it right now, but 99.9% of the time it's clean and tidy where you can park a car.

2 car garage but only park the wife's suv or the kid's car in it. Work bench and added stairs into the house encroach on room for a second vehicle

This is where having hills is awesome.

Our house is built with a basement/garage that's the entire footprint of the house.

I think it's about 1500 sqft garage and 500 sqft basement.

Can fit both of our SUVs in the garage. Have high shelves on both sides and multiple hooks for hanging tools/cords/etc.

Learned a long time ago once there were multiple vehicle break-ins in the area that parking inside my garage was much better than outside.

I don't park in mine. I have gym equipment, some yard equipment, and my ebay merchandise all set up in there. I also have a nice workbench where I do some woodworking stuff, and a kegerator and deep freezer for excess storage. I also have a bunch of lumber and other building materials left over from various projects in there.

When my wife was around she parked in it, and I was constricted to one side. When she passed I sold her car and expanded my control. It was therapeutic to have all that extra space.

Converted it to a game room. Used to be junk storage, and I've never kept my cars in the garage. I just put a shed in the backyard for all the junk, then put wood floors in the garage, pool table, my guitars and amp, and lined the walls with motocross/road racing memorabilia. A small window unit easily handles cooling/heating duties.

Got a garage for the first time in my life about a year ago. I will never go back to parking my car outside. It's nice to not have to worry about hail damage, break-in's, windows and doors getting frozen, or it just getting dirty.

2 car, both cars park in it.

One of my pet peeves of this house is that the garage is smaller than my previous 2 houses, not a fan of that. We're limited on space. I got shite hanging from hooks up top to try and get everything i need in there.

3 car garage with "tadem layout" (the right side is two cars deep).

My wife parks her Nissan Z on the left. I park my Tacoma on the right. The "back" section is my bike workshop. I built a L shaped work bench, added a flat screen TV, storage shelving, surround sound speaker system, two wall mounted oscillating fans and a beer fridge. If I had a sink, toilet, and A/C I don't I'd ever go inside.

One of my favorite things to do is put a football game on the TV and tinker around with my bikes or other projects.

I'm always amazed driving through my neighborhood and seeing how many people can't even fit their vehicles in the garage because of all the crap.

i despise these lazy motherfrickers.

especially the ones who have a one car wide driveway and one family member parks on the street instead. scum of the fricking earth.

I have a relatively big 2-car garage by today's standards. I have a long workbench area in the back of the garage, 1/4 of the garage is taken up with my table saw, mobile work bench and bikes and misc. things. We park our van in there as well.

If not for my woodworking hobby, I could easily park 2 cars (I even parked a full size truck in there at one point along with a car).

There are people in my neighborhood that have a floor-to-ceiling "path" to get from the front to the back of the garage

20x25 (max my historic neighborhood will allow) detached from main house in the back yard. Have a corner workbench, 5ft x 5ft along two walls. Have 5 bicycles, a moped/scooter, my old Jeep and wife's SUV all neatly parked. All tools/yard equip, etc properly shelved or hung.
