Yes, it's unreasonable for a cop to give anyone commands if they are a guest of my home. He should frick right off and not come onto my property unless there is a clear crime being committed. Which is not the case here.

You bootlickers are something else.

Its impossible for the cop to know if he was a guest or not since:

1. The homeowner isnt in the video.
2. The kid never even looks at him, just says "I didnt do nothin" and "frick you"

It's not a crime to go into the backyard of a friend's house. He had permission to be there. The cop did not. Nor did he have any probable cause to go on the property or believe that a crime was being committed. The cop was being an authoritarian frickhead because that's what cops do.

Want to know what isn't the "standard uniform" of burglars in broad daylight? All fricking black

They are almost always wearing normal street clothes. If they used enough forethought to put on a "uniform", it's exactly that: something that looks like a technician's uniform.

But please, tell us more about your deep knowledge and experience with the behavior of "criminals"

Are you really this fricking stupid?

How does the cop know that it isn't the kid's backyard, or that the kid wasn't invited to the home?

Yes. Really helps conceal you in the daylight hours.

Upon seeing the cop, he ducked into someone's backyard. The cop confronts him IN SOMEONE ELSE'S BACKYARD
Did the cop know the homeowners? How did the cop know he was in someone else’s yard? Maybe he received a plausible explanation from the kid?

After several warnings, the cop then uses NONLETHAL force to get control of the situation.
Was the situation out of control? I missed that part of the video.

And, no one should be as F*CKING STUPID as you in evaluating the totality of the event.

this is rich.

Dude, its 95 degrees outside. Someone wearing black pants and a black hoodie running around a neighborhood is probable cause.

While we’re judging appearances..

The dude didn’t have a mask on. We all know these pieces of shite are wearing masks during their crimes. The absence of a mask is more telling that the all black clothes.

Then, if he's not witnessing an actual crime, he should frick off. He shouldn't automatically assume that a crime is being committed.

Why did the cop go in the backyard?

Because he saw a grown a$$ person dressed in the standard uniform of a home invader duck into someone's backyard upon seeing him patrolling the neighborhood.

The next time a cop is patrolling your neighborhood and comes across a similar situation where someone dressed just like this grown a$$ guy ducks into your backyard, I hope he just ignores the entire situation.

And, if the OBVIOUSLY F*CKING SUSPICIOUS character just happens to be armed, and has armed accomplices already in your home who are raping and killing your wife and daughter, I want you to come back here and say that the cop ignoring the situation was right in just passing up your home.

f you are a cop dealing with a teenager standing in front of you in broad daylight who gave you a plausible explanation for why he was at the house, you would be smart to be a little more patient before lighting him up just because he didn’t respect your authority.

100% agree, cops are dicks but I'd rather let my lawyer sort this out than be tased into body slamming on that fire pit, cop is definitely wrong but he's got the taser

in broad daylight? Let’s say it is probable cause to stop him. Once he was given a plausible explanation, it would have taken him a minute or two of restraint to find out if the kids was a criminal or not. He was under no threat and the use of force was absolutely unnecessary.

The fantasies that some of you people dream up

I would hope that a cop wouldn't try to detain someone who is visiting me just because they are wearing black clothes.

As a reminder to anyone just joining the thread, the incident here involved a dickhead teen trying to get his girlfriend to let him in. That might not be obvious from the above multiple rape and murder discussion.

IF that is the case (I'd like to hear the other side) then the cop needs a desk job.
