Whatever you do, don't make the teacher's opinion on Obama, or even that he is being discussed in the class the issue. No problems with the opinion, and the current president has a place in discussions in schools.
I would first want to know the goal behind the lesson, and discuss the plan for teaching about other presidents. If there is no plan, that could be an issue. I would also wonder how she handled the follow-up on her statement that he should be allowed to run again. Hopefully she explained why he can't and why the reason he can't is a good policy.

I can recall teachers specifically stating they would not give opinions on history. "Captive audience" I recall his term.
This was in the early 90's when very little was going on. Pre first Iraq war. Pre LA riots.

My concern is with the statement "he should be allowed to run again." That tells me the teacher is an idiot regardless of her politics and doesn't understand the Constitution and shouldn't be teaching anyone anything about government.

Those test questions are from a passage students read. They choose answers based on what was stated in the passage. It is very common for students to read about whoever the current preisedent is.
