Are you sure your Daughter didn't make a mistake? I bet the teacher told her he was the worst president to ever take office. I'm 100 percent sure he is worse than Carter.

Teachers should not be projecting their beliefs upon the students. I don't have an issue if she set this up as a class debate, and asked students to pick their favorite presidents and debate them. I also wouldn't have an issue if she asked the students if they thought Obama should be able to run again or not, but set it up as a debate.

Exactly. I was actually sent to the office multiple times for explaining to a teacher why they were wrong. Luckily, my mom backed me up every single time.

Why? People said the same thing when Reagan was in his second term. I believe the running mantra was "four more years." Didn't make it any more right then. Use this as a way to teach the kid about facts vs. opinions and why presidents only get 2 terms.
If she's in first grade, pretty sure there will be at least one more "good" and one more "bad" president in her lifetime.

My friend went and talked to the principal in person, apparently this was not the "primary teacher" for his daughters class and the principal had already gotten a complaint this morning. This was not the first time there has been a problem like this with the same teacher. The principal stated that will be some type of action towards the teacher.

You were allowed to be President as many times as you could be elected until a two term limit amendment was ratified in the early 50s.
