shite, this is why I never voice any opinions over social media. If I say anything they don't like and find out I'm a local business owner, they'll start ripping it apart.

Why do people think it's cool to create fake TD accounts and stir shite up? All you do, is put unneeded shite on chickens plate.

It's bad enough that Gary,MM, and the other broad are R/A'ing every thread about them or shitty BR politicians, but now you bring even more heat, because ur 2 stupid to create an account with some fake name.

I fully agree...I doubt this is the first time tasha and her cronies have "helped" an elderly person like Mrs. Plummer. I would assume this could be easily confirmed via legal filings since tasha was handed to position {2011}.
There's an awful lot here to look at and pointed questions and inquiries must be made with the LA ethics board,Atty. general, Fed and State tax authorities and possibly the local D.A.'s office !
Judge Jackson and any other elected/appointed officials must recuse themselves and let the chips fall where they may !

It's pretty childish and takes away from the actual issue. But the internet is what it is.

You would think being an unemployed "blogger" and "activist" would give her time to figure it out.

Clark-Amar should have come out and apologized for the blatant conflict of interest that she overlooked, resigned as executrix, and went about her way on the COA promising to install a protocol to prevent it from happening in the future.

the problem with this would be political

she'd admit to what would APPEAR to be shady dealings and put both her job at the COA and the COA itself at risk. that's not an option, sadly

She, like Gravy, will defend whichever black that will benefit her the most. Some unknown black person won't benefit her and her agenda so she'll throw them aside.

These people claim to be the voice of the unheard yet choose to side with those that take advantage of the most vulnerable members of the community. I wonder how long it takes her to convince herself everyday that she's a good person despite justifying these travesties.

Jackson should 100% know better on both ends. as a rep of the COA, she shouldn't be writing and notarizing a will for a COA patron who is giving a direct benefit to another person also associated with the COA. if the executor was a completely independent party? no issue

We both know why she was used and not another "outside" attorney. Because the outside attorney would have noticed what was going on and tried to stop this. Jackson was used because of her ability to shut her mouth and roll with it. Possibly even to attest to how much of a "good thing" this move was.

What I don't understand is why go down with the ship on this one? Lose your $100,000+ job because you won't resign the $500 per month gig as a conflict of interest. Admit you were wrong, resign and move on with life. Probably keeping your job. But nooooooooooooooooooooo

"Tarsha"

This whole time I thought people were just making fun of how someone pronounced the name "Tasha". I'm only just realizing that the 'r' is in there on purpose.

I feel dumb. But not as dumb as I would feel if my name were Tarsha.

i think Jackson may have just made a mistake b/c i'd imagine that they do big events where they write wills for people or just possibly do this as a matter of COA business. i'm trying to give her the biggest benefit of the doubt until more evidence comes out, same with Clark

She's got to stonewall.

If she admits to wrongdoing in this instance, it invites questions as to what went on in the past. Because you know good and well this isn't the first time she's pulled this shite.

That was great with the family spokesman. I enjoyed the dude behind him in the grey suit not quite sure where he was supposed to be.

The old preacher started getting his prayer loud.

Well...we shall overcome..
