Meh, I'm not all that big on the family here. They're likely peices of shite if they weren't involved enough to know about this from the get go, but it doesn't change the fact that Clark is in the wrong here.

Yes the family pulled the money out after Amar called them about the will.

They knew nothing of the will before being called but took the money out to deny it to Amar once they became aware of it, as a way of preventing her from looting the estate.

Smart move on their part. Her lawsuit *Should* be laughed out of court.

Why do people think it's cool to create fake TD accounts and stir shite up? All you do, is put unneeded shite on chickens plate.

It's bad enough that Gary,MM, and the other broad are R/A'ing every thread about them or shitty BR politicians, but now you bring even more heat, because ur 2 stupid to create an account with some fake name.

Good post.

And then the same people who would use TD as their screen name wonder why we can't have nice things.

It's so open and obvious the black "leaders" reasoning for their position. They get called out and make it about white people and republicans.

It's fascinating that people believe these clowns and crooks.

At least one African American family gets to see the bullshite in action and calls it as so.

Let's be honest here. The only crappier judge in the 19th than Janice Clark is Don Johnson.

Make no mistake, the Plummers are going to get screwed here. Janice will see to it.

Yeah, they're screwed. The only good thing that can come from this is that these leaders are forced to repeatedly defend their actions and support of those involved in this scam.

How is he the chief judge anyway? I read a story that he allowed his assistant to work two jobs and signed off on her time sheet each pay period. He approved of it and let her take the "fall" and she had to resign. I don't know if she faced any criminal charges though.

Totally screwed. Janice knows that this will take her daughter down if it doesn't go in her favor. She will not let this happen. If the case is tried the only smart thing to do would be to go to the 1st Circuit. Frankly, I don't even know if Don Johnson should be handling the case, it's kind of a conflict as well considering the defendant's mother is his colleague

Waiting on Rolfe McCollister to interview everyone. That way he can let us know the truth without telling us how he arrived there.
