We both know why she was used and not another "outside" attorney. Because the outside attorney would have noticed what was going on and tried to stop this. Jackson was used because of her ability to shut her mouth and roll with it. Possibly even to attest to how much of a "good thing" this move was.
And she's getting a cut. Book it.

I've got to say, this whole episode is damning for the black community. Here, you have a woman that took advantage of a 95 year old woman (while acting in her official capacity for an agency charged with protecting the elderly) and has screwed her grandchildren out of $120,000.
Those are the facts. You would expect outrage from everybody, but no. The black politicians and leaders stand behind the woman who clearly had a conflict of interest, who clearly did something wrong, and have thrown the Plummer family in the mud. These so-called leaders don't give a damn about a family getting robbed because the woman that did it is the daughter of Janice Clark and they don't want to admit that the person at the helm of an organization receiving $8M a year is morally and ethically bankrupt. They don't want her to have to step down because they think it will make the black community look bad. That's what is going on.
The black politicians and leaders have really really shown their arse here. They have dropped the ball big time.

Perhaps, but if some people under the care of the COA, have no family, next of kin, or executors, what's to stop her from pulling this without anyone finding out?

Why do people think it's cool to create fake TD accounts and stir shite up? All you do, is put unneeded shite on chickens plate.
It's bad enough that Gary,MM, and the other broad are R/A'ing every thread about them or shitty BR politicians, but now you bring even more heat, because ur 2 stupid to create an account with some fake name.
I agree. Shitty move.

I'm thinking, based on the relatively meager amount, that this was not the only time it's happened.
But I can see this having been a trial balloon floated to see what could be gotten away with.

What I don't understand is why go down with the ship on this one? Lose your $100,000+ job because you won't resign the $500 per month gig as a conflict of interest. Admit you were wrong, resign and move on with life. Probably keeping your job.
i think you have to think of this more in terms of the community or cartel or however you want to describe this power structure i was talking about earlier. these people are all connected, through family, boards, jobs, etc. it's a system
if she admits she did something bad, then it brings questions onto the COA itself. then that may lead to questions about other associations the tentacles are wrapped around. who is at jeopardy next? she stays strong and if the worst happens, she'll just get another job in the machine
think of it like Donna Brazelle when she was exposed for helping HRC over Bernie. she stood strong, CNN forced her to resign, she lost her DNC spot, and she IMMEDIATELY got another job in the system. DWS had the same shite happen when she lost her DNC chair job previously

doubt it, there are many times in the ghettos, that families do not know their parents bought cheap life insurance policies. And many of times the shady arse person who sold them claims them and cashes them.
They could of bought some policy while in their 40's, and 50 years later, they have no clue what they have. But these people could/might, and will take advantage

Her day is coming. MM doesn't realize yet that the majority of these people she is defending and siding with can't stand her because she's white and will completely throw her under the bus when the time is right.
Right now she is a useful idiot to their racist causes but that can and will change in a heartbeat.

Not necessarily.
If she was dealing with less sophisticated people, or people with family living out of town, and maybe taking a lesser cut, its quite possible we'd have heard nothing about it.

The reason no speaks up is because that certain demographic of people see it as a just and fair way to stick it to the system. The system in their eyes is the white man.

When does this COA tax renew?
Posted on 4/3/17 at 1:46 pm to SeeeeK
The family is saying that no attorney would help them because of the judge connections. I doubt anyone woud listen to them without getting the media involved.

Couldn't agree more. She is nothing more than a white person validating what fat Gravy says. That's her role. She is being used and will continue being used until she does something to piss Gravy and company off then they will throw her away.

Yeah she did. She made her case well. Much more intelligent and well spoken than dumb Denise.

she articulated herself very well considering she spoke from her heart.
Nakamoto - Is it concerning the lack of communication and help from the black leaders in the community that your family is receiving but the white leaders are standing up for your family?
"Hell yeah it's concerning"

Also, could there be a special process to cut it off with the exposure of the corruption on the board of the COA? Not just run of the mill employees. A board member.
