Dorothy Jackson was the attorney who wrote the will and notarized it naming Amar as the executor.

No attorney can be this incompetent to ignore the conflict of interest that is inherent in this situation. Jackson has to be complicit in the deal.

To be fair, the elderly woman could have wanted this precisely the way it was written, but it is the responsibility of the attorney and Clark-Amar to advise her why it simply cannot happen that way.

Eugene Weatherspoon Collins I hate when folks throw out stats that can be altered to reflect whatever your stance is... that usually comes from someone who doesn't totally understand what they're saying...

This lady, (Tasha Amar Clark) inherited close to a $600,000.00 dollar deficit and worked out of it. That alone, should show you the true platform of her talent.

I hate cowards and people that mix words, just keep it real and say what it really is...

Which is, most people outside of our race and some within (Coons) don't believe that an African American should be executing a budget of this magnitude.

We should work for you, just say that and you might garner more respect.

Also this woman's daughter is on this feed defending her mother, if you can't respect anything else, respect that you ungodly, unholy, cowardly creature!

Clark-Amar say's "My staff and I regularly go above and beyond the call of duty for our seniors who often times have no other help but us. We purchase shoes, clothes, we pay water bills with our own funds, board members have paid gas bills and rent deposits, roofing shingles, refrigerators, etc. because that's what God calls upon us to do."

If this admission doesn't IMMEDIATELY trigger the State Auditor to conduct an investigation then I throw my hands up and am going to quit caring. Coupled with the "I paid salary with personal funds" bit, she is openly admitting to all sorts of improprieties.

That guy along with his family, could use that money to help them in their daily lives. This hag along with her crew continue to rob people and their families.

This isn't the first time for this, i wonder how many other times this has happened, but the family might not of known the mother/grandma had $$$.

exactly

i am not saying this is some pervasive scheme at COA and there may have been no ill intent, but that's why people in the positions of Clark and Jackson should know better and advise the woman to use an independent advisor.

Jackson should 100% know better on both ends. as a rep of the COA, she shouldn't be writing and notarizing a will for a COA patron who is giving a direct benefit to another person also associated with the COA. if the executor was a completely independent party? no issue

I love how MM won't answer the question, but instead goes after the nature of the FB account. shite, none of the SWJ's will defend what Tasha did -- all they do is defend the COA. It's gotta be weird as frick for the SJW's to be stuck between a black accusing another black of malfeasance. MM has got to be like, "what black am I going to defend here...so confused?"

Clark-Amar should have come out and apologized for the blatant conflict of interest that she overlooked, resigned as executrix, and went about her way on the COA promising to install a protocol to prevent it from happening in the future.

Instead she went for the nuclear option, disclosed what seems like a significant impropriety along the way, and sees no issue with the will.

Tasha Clark Amar supposedly talked an 95 year old into naming her executrix for her will. This "position" pays Tasha Clark Amar $500/month until the will is done. Apparently, that will net her over $100,000 over many years.

Marcelle, a board member of the EBRCOA and an attorney, notarized the will. Both this and Clark Amar serving as executrix seem like conflicts of interest.

still got it wrong
