I like the office, gym and movie theater. The rest doesn't really do it for me.

Not something I'd expect from the Rock honestly outside of the gym. If you want peace and quiet why not buy like 10-15 acres? I would have expected him to buy something in a nice water front location in Miami. But whatever floats your boat.
