Looks like a 1990's mansion.

Seems dated and not a very good interior decorator. Lots of velour looking junk.
It has an early 2000s vibe to it.

I'm being 100% serious, I built a house in S FL for about a fifth of that that would blow that crib out of the water for style, taste, and aesthetics
Pics motherfricker!

there was a very nice video tour of it on the realtor's website when I sold it, don't know if it still exists but it sold in one day

Everyone in this thread saying the house is meh - please post pics of yours.
I'd be thrilled to call that my home although I personally prefer location over something that's big just for the sake of being big (Tour 18 in the Flower Mound area of D/FW is a good example). In the context of someone worth $280 million, it is kind of meh. If for no other reason than the fact that it needs to be updated. Need kitchen pics to make a full judgement. That's the most important room in the house IMO.

yeah this is surprisingly bad for a guy with his money. This might be a sign of his frugality. $5M Doesn't seem like much for him. He could also have 10 other houses all over the place.

that's probably more like it, might have forgotten that he even owns this one and forgot to update it

My butler when he brought me my drink saw me looking at the OP and chuckled. He said “that’s a cute little villa”

The interior of that house is awful. I legit wouldn't buy it even if I was in the $5mm house market.

in FL that's a knock down, especially if it's on the water
that looks like it's out in the cane fields by Belle Glade
