T Mobile is freaking terrible. Had it for all of 6 months and could not believe just how bad the service was and how many dropped calls I had. Their customer service is also terrible.

Verizon isn’t amazing but holy shite is it better than T Mobile.

Samsung Galaxy 9 not 5g

I have been with TMobile for years and have had no issues with great customer service.

Have been using a OnePlus7t for a few years and no issues. Sounds like it is phone related for you or perhaps get a new sim card. Just go into a store and do it.

I just assume that people that hate att are idiots that dont know how to use their phone because I’ve had att since it was Cingular in like 2000 and have never had a problem

Oh so you have never been on the line with customer service? Congrats on the $400 monthly phone bill then, I guess.

I find that all of the phone services have gotten much worse since they shut off the 3g system. 4 and 5g don't have good range.

You switched and your bill is $200 cheaper?

That’s crazy. You can get 5 lines with every add on for under $200 with T-Mobile. Does AT&T pay you for their shitty service?

I can handle some shitty services because I’m a lazy frick…

I paid serious money immediately to leave T-Mobile. Worth every cent.

Bill was around $300 with T-Mobile and now with multiple discounts with AT&T it is around $100/month. We are not paying for any of our new phones since we are trading our old t-mobile phones in to AT&T.

I had your action in reverse—Verizon to T Mobile. Current service is spotty outside of larger cities, but otherwise, the move has been a positive. Verizon was ripping me off.

I left TMo for ATT about 6 months ago. Could not be happier.

People bitch about ATT but my experience has been great.

It's been awhile since I've read so many contradicting statements regarding service. If you immediately tell them you are canceling the support will be "upgraded". This works for almost all media-related companies. If this isn't the case hang up and try again. Keep trying until you get someone in charge who can actually help.

Ive had nothing but good things to say about TMobile since I switched in 2014. I moved to a new house that is semi-rural and didn't have service at my house through AT&T or Verizon. Still don't according to people that come over with those carriers. So I tried TMobile and have great service here for about $30 cheaper per month. Had a small issue once about a phone I bought from them, but they fixed it very fast.

Not sure why my experience is so much different, but I've been pleasantly surprised with TMobile since the switch. I was not expecting much when we swapped, due to their "urban" public image

TMobile called me, think it was last year, and said since they were upgrading to a 5G, my old phone wouldn't work. They said I need to get a new phone, I said it would be cheaper to get a new phone company. They sent me a new iphoneSE for free.

They're the worst company ever in the history of mankind.

Well, that's my problem with them, anyway.
