The most important part of this story is what color were the people being robbed that delivered the beating. In a Democrat judge court room, that could be the determining factor if these 3 get to walk and the people who gave the beating are arrested.

He pleaded to burglary and was sentenced to five years DOC.

Of course they did, because they can't fight alone. For a race that's so proud of being tough and "gangsta", they can't ever seem to actually fight their own battles.
It's hilarious they opened fire on the home (which is fricked up in itself, they're the ones attempting the robbery and everyone inside was innocent) and only hit their own fellow thug.
All of them should never see the light of day again. First you try to rob someone with a deadly weapon, then when that goes wrong you start trying to kill everyone inside - man, woman, child, elderly, doesn't matter. "You didn't let me rob you so you should all die"
Pieces of trash. It's time to put and end to this nonsense, the rest of us are tired of living with it
