Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass - They have done a wonderful job revamping the entire area. Looks amazing. When Gavin becomes President, he will revamp the city you live in to look like this

Not just Bass and Newsom, that decline took years and years of failed democratic policies.

Very shrewed, Gavin!

The muzzies won't even bother to blow up that area now!

Genius.

Sadly, the citizens keep voting for the people that turn a blind eye to this tragedy.

The closer you get to the center of L.A., the more of a shithole with no redeeming qualities the places are. It's been this way forever and is nothing new. The homeless just add to what was already unappealing. Downtown L.A. is the trashiest, most boring major city in all of the USA. More so than Houston, which is always attacked for lack of culture.

The real quality of life of L.A. is in the outlying areas like the South Bay, Malibu, Palos Verdes, etc which is why those are also some of the most expensive zip codes per sq ft in Cali and the USA

The area with the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater, etc, is also a no-go zone these days. We went earlier this year and quickly decided to just snap a few pics and leave.

Given our absolute unwillingness to hold fair and honest elections, I’m fully convinced that most, if not all, of our people in office are simply installed, not elected.

Now Soros and shits like him will buy it up cheap and by giving key politicians a piece of the pie, will get the support and enforcement to clean it up, thereby making a huge profit when the property values return to what they were before they allowed it to go to seed.

Sunset runs 20 plus miles from the coast to downtown. It has plenty of crappy areas, and plenty of really nice ones too. It has for the last 25 years. Newsom is doing his best to ensure the nice area that was around Pacific Palisades doesn't recover though.

Sunset has always been disgusting for large stretches. It's a long road with basically 10 different neighborhoods. The real, and sad, change is in Santa Monica, especially the Promenade, which has really fallen off.

The best parts of LA are the South Bay, north of Santa Monica (haven't been since the fires), and Pasadena/San Marino.
