Most of Sunset through West Hollywood is still good except for that one dude in the parking lot next to the comedy store that just yells the N-word loudly at everyone.

I notice the OT “moderates” are going down the thread downvoting anyone who correctly points out that its leftist Democrat policies that lead to this sort of blight. But what I don’t see is any of them attempting to make a counterpoint.

it looked like that 14 years ago when I visited - maybe not as bad, but the decline was evident - not saying the 2 of them are not responsible, but it is way more than just them at fault.

alot of those buildings are waiting for the final tenets to leave so they can sell the land and build more apartments/mixed use buildings/skyscrapers.
