The ol’ reach out for a handshake then pull your colleague in to you somewhat knocking them off balance immediately making them feel inferior.
The wide split at the urinal causing the next guy to stand with his feet together feeling inferior.
The eye stare while your colleague is talking causing him to look down or away and feel uncomfortable.
Immediately dominate both armrests on joined seats.
