Really surprised Arby's didn't win because ordinarily the customers drive up and get the hell out of there when they see the menu. Fastest non-service in the business.

Jack in the Box will tell you to back up and drive back up to the window so that they can reset their drive-thru timer.
BK on Florida at Foster Drive has a metal plate that they drop from the drive-thru window to reset their timer. It's attached to a cable that they use to pull it back into the window.

If Chick Fil A ain't #1, the list is wrong!
If they're holding it against CFA that they get 10x as many customers as the other restaurants, then that may be why, but that kinda makes the research apples and oranges then.

Because there is a much greater pool of customers, the drive thru is constantly wrapping around the surrounding area.
When does BK ever really have a line at the drive thru?
