Study finds Burger King has the fastest drive-thru

Certain Chick-fil-a's have their processes down so good that there are times when I barely stop moving the car. When it comes to quality, speed and service, Chick-fil-A is a category of one.

I agree, their system has everything moving well and its organized, with great customer service
Plus they deal with big crowds constantly , not sure the same could be said about some of the other chains

This is true in my days, but the lines are also much smaller compared to Chick-Fil-A. And I have had some meals from BK that weren't exactly fresh and you know they just shoved the old one in the bag.

Of course it's the fastest, especially when you take into account there is 100% disregard for accuracy of the order.

I guess it depends on how much culcha is working there. Lots of culcha long wait little bit of culcha no wait.
And I wonder where popeyes scored? Every time i go there they always say pull into a parking spot or they are out of spicy chicken.

All of this. Even being the only customer drive thru or inside they will make you pull up to stop the clock.

Chick-Fil-A is #1. I don't know how they do it by y'all, but by me they have two people standing by the drive-thru menu that you give your order to and they have a portable credit card machine so you pay right there. Then you go through the line and there is another person half-way thru the line handing out receipts. Then there is one more person standing outside the drive-thru window handing bags and drinks to people.
It's like a fast-food assembly line. I barely even have to stop the car it moves so quick.
All of the other fast food chains are pretty much the same... except for McDonalds which is slow... along with Popeye's.
