I only wear Selvedge raw denim, never washed.

The real question is which one do they act like when it comes to boner concealment?

If you have tried on stretch jeans from Gap/AE you would not be making this thread. Like wearing sweatpants, except they look like jeans. Comfortable as shite

Someone clearly doesn't workout

I don't think the people in here shitting on the stretch jeans actually understand what the stretch jeans are.
They aren't elastic banded adjustible jeans or anything like that. The material is just a lot more comfortable, not as heavy, and the jeans don't look any different. They aren't specifically for fatties.

Do they hold up as well as regular jeans if you're actually going to work in them?

My Levi's are pretty damn stretchy.
Idk what they're made of, but they look and feel exactly like "normal" jeans. They also hold their form after a couple uses MUCH better than "normal" jeans.
They're also comfortable as all hell.
ETA: 34x34, 187 pounds.

My cheaper Levi's and my more expensive Lucky's have held up extremely well.

If I wanted to wear sweat pants, I'd buy sweat pants! But, being that my testicles are intact and in place...I like real jeans. Real Denim. Girls wear stretchy pants.

I may need some. I keep ripping the crotch on my britches when I step up on the bumper it tire. Had to hook my gooseneck up the other day and stepped up and ripped a hole that had the twig and berries exposed.
And these were in the thick old school Wranglers. That ball sweat deteriorates fabric almost as fast as battery acid

You obviously don't squat.

I bought some Wrangler 47MACs to try out as work pants. Now they're all I wear. 70% denim, 29% polyester and 1% spandex. They allow things to move properly, and stretch a little so you're not constricted while bringing your leg up on a high step. The most comfortable jeans I've ever put on. Wrangler 47MAC

Got hooked on Prana pants for rock climbing and I'm slowly converting all my jeans to these. Look like jeans or chinos and more comfortable than most sweat pants.
Prana Stretch Zion Very good pants and very comfortable.
Also, the higher end of 5.11 is pretty similar.
Of course, if you are in an area where fire is a real hazard, these pants that stretch are not the way to go.
Stretch jeans are ghey though - they look like old lady pants.

I have a pair of these and they are my favorite by far- way more comfortable than those old thick 100% cotton jeans.

Most of the people putting down stretch jeans have no clue what they are. Mine are 97% cotton and 3% spandex or elastin mixed into the denim. As a guy with big legs and a smaller waist they’ve been a Godsend. I can actually carry my phone in my pocket now without it creating a giant crease.

I just bought a couple pairs of Paige jeans and these are the most comfortable pairs I've ever owned. I expected to get Joe's, 7's, or AG's but these were hands down the best fit and feel of any I experienced.
~$90/pair at Nordstrom Rack which is very reasonable for designer jeans.
