Kelly can't hold Whittingham's jock

He is a fantastic coach

You are what your record says you are

This is revisionist history. Whittingham is an 8-4 avg record coach.

BK has a way better record against better competition

agree with most of the OP's takes

The audio is always terrible for phone guests, such as Shea Dixon.

Off the Bench is sadly, very boring. Its hard to replace T-Bob.

I like Moscona but he's gotten to be a bit much lately with the "i told you so" and "i had ___ info first but sat on it" takes. Needs to tone that down.

I can't stand Ott. The stuttering is like nails on the chalkboard. I feel like Hanny and Hester would be a decent pairing. They would need a comedic foil though.

I trust in Lane. Have always hated Franks running back rotation

THIS x 1000000000

gyat damn it always pissed me off
Is he really an upgrade over Kyle Williams? I thought our DL was pretty good this year.
At this point, I'd rather have Simmons than MVB...but as a backup
Can’t lose to shitty teams like this

Just ugh
Incredible how bad we are shooting

Rumor is Austin Thomas will not be retained

This reminds me of the scene from Entourage when Ari buys the company that fired him and comes back and fires all his enemies with a paintball gun

The move makes a lot more sense than I initially thought. Ole Miss is in a horrific spot if Lane coaches in the playoffs and leaves that late in the season. You’d almost surely just promote Golding in late December.

The ideal scenario is we steal Lane, Ole Piss promotes Golding and Lane keeps Baker, Frank, Raymond
That article is from 2016...
We need to find the next Dan Lanning imo, go young

I think the most likely ones of that crop are Brian Hartline, but he's probably going to Penn St, and Glenn Schumann UGA D coord

and Kelvin Sheppard and Joe Brady of course
Dan Lanning

but that does not fit the Scott Woodward methodology

re: Is Freeman BK 2.0?

The issue with Freeman is that when Ohio State comes open, he'll jump. That's his alma mater and destination job. Also I could see him in the NFL.

How is Sloan so shitty a Coordinator and how did he get the job?

promoting Sloan is just one of the many staff decisions the BK has whiffed on big time, and it will be his ultimate downfall, just like Dinardo

1. Brian Polian as recruiting coordinator - dude knew NOTHING about recruiting Louisiana, LSU, the SEC, etc

2. Firing Moffit to bring in Jake Flint - the proof is in the pudding, we're soft as baby shite and TAMU is solid now

3. Promoting Sloan and Hankton when LSU could attract a top notch legit OC. Losing Denbrock hurt big time.

4. Not having a special teams coach his first few years - we were straight up garbage

5. Matt House debacle

etc etc

Can we just let the season play out?

My god some of yall are bleeding vagiiines

re: How big of a loss is Reliford?

I'd say a 5

But if we have another DE injury, it moves to an 8

To me, more of the impact is on getting experience for next year. He's slated to be one of our main starters at DE next year
Gone with The Wind

The Wizard of Oz - seen bits and pieces but don't recall sitting thru the whole thing

a lot of rated R movies produced in the 80s-early 90s bc I wasn't old enough and never went back to watch, examples:

Die Hard
Aliens
Predator
Scarface
Nightmare on Elm Street
Robocop

re: Hilton Sr isn’t happy

Posted by TigerWerm on 9/15/25 at 9:56 am to
I want Chris Hilton Jr to succeed bc he's a local guy, he's been loyal to LSU, and he clearly has some skills.

However - his body language on the field is suspect, and when he has gotten the opportunity this year, he's kinda duffed it (see: fumble at Clemson). He lined up wrong several times this year. He also doesn't get great separation for someone of his speed.

Barion Brown and Aaron Anderson are just better overall players right now, and I suspect Nic Anderson is too.

Also, the coaches have clearly seen that we have an elite defense and special teams, so the offense doesn't need to take 5 step drop deep shots as much as last year. So his targets will go down.

Hope he pulls it together.
