Ok I’m stupid but did this thing form down by the Yucatán and explode over the waters of gulf?
Started around Jamaica and crossed the western tip of Cuba, but the rest of the story you have down.

The house is raised about 4 feet off the ground. But it’s a very old house.
It just depends, parts of cleveland wouldnt flood as much as like banks. And usually water collects on Bienville and Carrollton with normal rain.
Just sucks especially without power.
I never got water in the house but up on the front porch to the bottom of the 2 steps going inti the front door.

Do you see this sticking to the 4pm track?
Pretty close to it. If I have a bias, it ends up a little east.

Shades of the Camille hurricane party story on the MS coast. Hope not the same result.

Cantore just called it Orleans County
Considering that's how the other 49 states delineate, it's not much of a gaff considering the basket full of legitimate material you can bring against Jim and TWC.

Has there been any update with them? I’m guessing no since they are still getting hammered?
The Jefferson Parish president was just on TWC and said it, she said last contact they had is they were taking on water. Sounds terrible

An hour? Where are you hearing an hour? I’ve heard Nola should expect rain throughout the night and into tomorrow.
