Just went the Monday of Thanksgiving week and it was absolutely packed. The lights were nice. We bought the fast pass and it was well worth it to skip a lot of the lines. It thinned out from 6 - 9 pm and we were able to ride any ride we wanted.
we rented a suite at top golf Friday night and doing ours there

Idaho victim Xana Kernodle's mom is speaking out tonight at 10pm on @NewsNation to @TVAshleigh -- she is very upset that her lawyer Anne Taylor dropped her case -- and that Taylor is now representing Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of murdering Xana.

Heading to Palm Springs over thanksgiving for 5 nights with my 18 month old. Will be going to Joshua Tree NP, riding the tram and checking out the air museum.

What else should we add to the agenda? Also, any good food suggestions

Just went 12/15-12/19 with the wife and 7 month old and wish we would have stayed longer! Rented an air bnb in West Sedona that had an amazing view of Thunder Mtn.
Flew in to PHX on Wednesday afternoon and hustled to our rental to get to Elote Cafe. Food was amazing, street corn was top knotch.
Thursday we did the Baldwin Trail which gives a very good look of Cathedral Rock. After that we headed to Chapel of the Holy Cross. Had dinner at Mariposa at sunset which was very good.
Friday we did Devil's Bridge, which wasnt too bad with the little one hooked to my chest. A little of a climb, but it is more like stairs in my opinion once you get close to the top. Hit up sedona beer co. then to Lisa Pisa, which we had little expectations for and it exceeded them!
Saturday we walked through Tlaquepaque for their Sweet Christmas Stroll and it was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and themes and went to Winery 1912 as well. We stayed in PHX Saturday night to catch an early flight sunday.

Doing Sedona with the wife and 7 month old this week and wanted to pop in and just say thanks for the recs! Have dinner reservations at elote and Mariposa. Currently plan on doing Devils Bridge, Chapel of the Holy Cross, Courthouse View Loop and Baldwin/Templeton.
Parents in kenner off loyola and west esplanade starting to get water in their house
Buddy in houma said starting to get bad but they still have power
Was in same situation around the same area with 2 dogs and 4 month old. Decided it would be better to say I should've stayed than I should've left.
Anyone know how I can stream weather channel live? In Gulf Shores with YouTube TV but doesn't have weather channel
Yep, feel the same way. Have a 4 month old so we packed up and came to Gulf Shores
I haven't actually been to the restaurant, but have ordered ubereats from Chilangos and has been very good every time. Huge serving sizes as well.
Nice to see them adhering to the mask mandate though
Can't believe gender reveal parties are still a thing. They should let the baby decide what gender it would like to be.
Not only can they not get voted in, but they also get to vote. So dumb

I was using Site Supply, but then started following Matt Swider (works for techradar.com)

He seemed to be getting the scoop a couple of minutes before Site Supply
I used to get soft chicken tacos. Went the other day and ordered 3 soft chicken tacos and was told they did not sell those anymore, but what they could do is give me 3 soft beef tacos and sub the beef for chicken. Had to applaud her for her critical thinking
Just got back from Chicago this past weekend. Most indoor stuff is closed. Some bars in wrigleyville are getting away with opening a window and letting people sit inside by it, which most bars in wrigleyville were open. All of downtown was dead, navy pier was closed (not sure if that is a seasonal or covid thing). We did take out lou malnatis for deep dish and it was very good. Pequiods is my favorite there though.
I've stay at PB Rose and PB Blanco two separate trips. It's nice being able to walk between both resorts as the all inclusive for one carries over to the other resort. The rooms I stayed in weren't anything special but you couldn't beat the price.
Returning home now from this trip. Only did 4 days so hit bryce, zion, lake powell and horseshoe bend. Stinks angels landing and antelope canyon wasn't open but definitely seemed less crowded due to covid. Still can't get over all the views. Breathtaking.
