I mean that message wasn’t for bay St. Louis

Was there a separate message for them?

Seems like they would broadcast that to all coverage of the area to be affected.

Blue shed vs shrimp shack

His coverage during Laura from that parking garage was pretty good. Terrible storm, but he was able to capture what he could from LC

Random question, but is it standard to stock up on jugs of water, fill the tub, etc. in Baton Rouge. I always thought that BR Water had backup generators to keep the water treatment running in the event of wide scale power loss.

If you’ve “been to the amusement park” in the tub don’t fill it up. Standard practice.

Exactly.

I was in downtown BSL ten days after and it was hard to comprehend that much destruction.

The worst was hearing people screaming and crying because they had lost everything.

fricking horrible experience.

ETA: Granted, the vast majority of the damage was caused by the surge.

Jeff P. is going to have 350mph wind and get nearly taken out by a 757 that has been ripped from the sky.

No doubt. He definitely likes to play it up. I could see him trying to pull off a lean into the nonexistent wind move.
