Mandatory evacuation for zone 1 and 2 in Terrebonne, voluntary for zone 3 and 4. Mandatory evacuation for all Mobile homes and manufactured homes in Terrebonne as well.

I'd highly doubt BR sees those kind of sustained winds....like you said if they do a lot of people should pucker up and kiss their arse goodbye.
ETA: The HWRF and GFS both showing sub 975mb pressure at BR's height.
