We should know more about what the storm wants to do in 24 to 36 hours
These type of posts in a hurricane thread always crack me up.

Of course we will know more in a day or two!

Well Bertha isn’t anything close to those 2 storms

Well, I got water in my home from the last storm a few weeks ago that didn't even come close to us. First time in 33 years I ever got water in my house. So I don't scoff at anything.

Saved BR's arse though.

If she stayed on her track before that jog to the east, it would have made Gustav look like a popcorn fart.

The project track was taking it directly over my house. Then the jog and slide east.

I was in west Texas for work trying to get home. Was only able the get a flight to Houston then drove to BR. Got home at 1:30am Sunday it hit.

I’m near Port Vincent and we got slammed harder than Gustav slammed me in Donaldsonville. I swear we had some gusts to 110mph. My anemometer was taken out by a branch at 78mph an hour before the worst arrived at my location and the gusts at its worst were way harder than when it broke.
