Put something like duct tape stickyside up around the whole perimeter. Check it from time to time.

Probably not a rattle snake, Might be best to let it hang around.

He said he saw and heard the rattle.

We have rattlesnakes in Middle Tennessee. They aren't very common, but we do have them.

Rattlesnakes are super passive. Let it be. If you have a dog or a horse have it vaccinated.

People are such pussies now. I've lived and worked in the forrest my whole life... never once been bitten by a venomous snake despite seeing thousands of them.

Leave it alone francis. No one gets bit by seeing a snake and leaving it the hell alone. If you stepped on it.. then watch where you put your damn feet. I bet you trip over shite all the time like my wife cause you cannot be bothered to look where you are walking

You should have put visqueen over the slab when you poured the concrete to build your house.

This really hits home. I saw a snake at Global Wildlife one time. This could've been me.

The snake will likely go away if you leave it alone.

It is unlikely there is a nest near your pool. Snakes are unlikely to nest where there is significant human activity.

Bullshite. Rattlesnakes make a nest in my mom's flower beds every year.

Get a badass cat and you will not have snakes. My mom has several and one of those little f**kers is a snakes' worst nightmare. He found 2 snake nests in the flowerbeds last year and killed over 30 snakes in one afternoon.

Darn dude! I was about a pace or two on a nature trail in 1994 from running square into a 6-7ft long eastern diamondback rattlesnake. It was by the grace of God I looked down and saw it before I walked right in front of him as he was crossing the nature trail. I just stopped dead in my tracks and took in the moment...big set of rattles as it slithered by too. It really has me freaked out to this day. Glad you didn't get bit bro!

Buy a king snake and release it into the hole.

You’re welcome.
