I know you are trolling but there are some fringe who think he was actually that.

For the last five years all he was able to say was "vote for Hillary, over"

Yep there’s some real mouth breathing retards on the poli board gloating about how he’s in hell now

Many people on that board would be ok with some form of Christian theocratic government. The way they are reacting to Hawking's death is not surprising.

I just read his Wikipedia page and I still can’t figure out what he accomplished in his lifetime.

I know he is very intelligent.
I know he was well educated.
I know he got a lot of awards from a lot of other smart people.

But was it all just “theory” that could all be proven wrong 10 years from now? Then what?

I would rather be someone who helped dig a well for a village in Africa or someone who taught school in an poor district for example.

I am just struggling to figure out EXACTLY what he contributed other than his ideas.

Hawking was a bit limited in what he could do. Basically, all he could do was sit around and think shite up.

And Hawking did teach. He was a professor.

I get the feeling that if Einstein had just died today, you would have the same reaction that you are having to Hawking's death.

What’s all the hoopla about with this guy? Did he even invent anything or do we just like him because he was like a cute puppy with his wheel chair and electronic voice?

All physicists just sit around and make shite up and our tax dollars pay for it

Sitting around and thinking shite up is the reason why we aren't living in caves.

No entrepreneurs are the reason we aren't living in caves. You think the guy that invented fire had tenure?

I'm sure it would have been really easy for Hawking to just go out and dig wells for poor people. You have truly convinced me of your point. Great job.

God has the ultimate tenure. So much tenure in fact that he took Stephen’s tenure.

I don't think capitalism or tenure were things when man figured out how to use fire.
