Some singer that was on the Voice, turned liberal activist. I honestly can’t remember his name

I would be immediately building a strip club in Abbeville right now. Thousands of men down there working in the heat all day are gonna wanna have fun at night.
They already have one. Last time I went, the only stripper there was pregnant and she walked around with a cup collecting quarters to play music in juke box and dance.

This safety scrutiny is the culture by the “higher ups” at Cajun. I know they put safety ahead of production.
Did you get paid less to ensure that person was more important than production? If so, how much less were you paid? It’s best you moved on before you endangered others. You apparently didn’t have a safety attitude.
I pray that your new company sends you home with you digits, limbs and perhaps your life.

The entire fricking state
Of course a bunch of miserable pussies will complain about the smartest, richest man on earth building a futurist massive rocket launching and shipping small city in our state creating at years of great construction jobs for our young men and then a ton of jobs at the center it self.
And guess what? They all need to eat so more grocery stores and restaurants. They have kids so more teacher jobs and new schools. They are going to want entertainment.
It's literally going to attract rocket scientist to our state in an area that's been one of the biggest population losers in the entire country over the past decade.
Everyone wins in our state.

Space X will no doubt have some sort of local contractor/labor mandate with Jeff Landry involved. These are typically gobbled up by Cajun, Baker, Performance, Primoris, Boh Bros, Bo-Mac, etc.
Large scale EPC seems to be tied up in LNG and Power grid jobs.
Thinking the EP will go to someone strategically important on previous gigs for Tesla/Space X which I wouldn’t comment on but could be found.

That sounds like a very James Lee Burke scenario.

Gulf Island, Twins Brothers, Specks Fab could all build the launch platforms. Im sure they will be very similar to a small jacket that production platforms are on.

No quite differently, you found executive management responsible for the P&L statements, but more importantly someone who wants you to go home safely to your family.

Who can get their hands on a pile driver? What a joke. How do you get your hands on a pile driver. Are you that naive? Stay in your lane whatever that may be.

Seems to me when the smoke clears a guy could build a RV Park for people to watch the launches. Would be popular I believe.

La 35 will be 4 lanes all the way to Forked Island.
That would make a lot of sense
