What? Are you saying he was charging like a bull with his head down
I don't think he had to be charging like a bull, so to speak, to still be running with his head down. If I'm determined enough ( or high enough) to charge at someone shooting at me, that has already hit me 3 or 4 times, I think it would be a natural reflex to duck you head and maybe even cover your face with one arm.

Bad photo but the best I can find with a quick google. If the officer is standing and Brown is coming at him like this
Brown would likely be at the right height for the officer to have a directly line to enter eye and exit into neck and then also get top of the head.
Any insight on how tall the officer is?

Again, head down DOESN"T mean his face is parallel to the ground
A shot in the top of the head pretty much does mean this.
yup, think that explains the last shot.

So they're going to keep autopsying this guy until they get the one they want? Why not let Sharpton or the BPP do the autopsy?
Autopsy #3 on the way
Autopsy #3 on the way

See the photo I posted to get an idea of angle. Also, I don't thin the autopsy said directly in the middle of the top of the head, just the top of the head.
Could enter directly at the hair line and be considered top of the head

not to mention the State Police Captain that is launching his campaign for Governor every time he steps in front of a microphone. Why does he keep apologizing? he is a pandering MFer
Oh, for shite's sake. That place must be a freaking nightmare.

That would take a lot of bullet movement to go in the eye, out the jaw and re-enter the neck on that pic. Anything is possible but the experts can track them with no guess work.

I have a feeling this whole deal will result in what the mob wants. I say this not because it is against what I want but as a result of doing things over and over until the results are to their liking.

I wasn't referring to the shooting here but moreso the excessive use of force they've used over the past week.
You mean Friday night when they sat and watched the looting and rioting and did nothing?
Or Saturday when scores violated the curfew and we allowed to walk (except a very few)?
It has been an apology tour for the past 4 days and has only gotten worse.

Yet there's been no government intervention or attempts to deescalate.
WTF! They let them facking do it Friday! They arrested jack crap Saturday! As much as I disagree with that policy, do you not think, perhaps that approach by Johnson and gov't was atleast an attempt to de-escalate? Again, I thought it was the wrong move big time but to argue there was no attempt atleast to deescalate is ridiculous.

A lot less than him standing up and the bullet doing the same thing...
The fact is, the bullet entered eye socked and ended up in the neck, that is a fact from Baden's autopsy.

there were reports of shooting at police, Molotov cocktails have been confirmed etc
time to instill martial law and clear the streets, they had their say, we have noted their protests as a nation, now time for them to GTFO and restore order to this town

When you have groups like Amnesty International stepping in you have to know that at least on the outside things look horrible. Yet there's been no government intervention or attempts to deescalate.
Amnesty International is a group of fricktards. They're a leftist organization who are far more interested in political posturing than in human rights abuses. They refer to 9/11 as "terrorism" quotes included. I could care less if they piss themselves in Ferguson.

And according to Baden he thinks that was the second to last shot.
thus he had to have his head tilted down before these two shots it would appear and given the lack of gun residue there was still a distance.

Yeah, once rioting starts, you have to restore order. Anarchy prevents civilized activities, INCLUDING peaceful protest.

The diagram has it right on the crown. You could be right. But it looks like it's right on top from the picture.

Yup, so I'm guessing that Brown turned to confront the officer, the officer fired the four shots that hit him in the arm, enraging Brown, and then he lunged/began running at the officer and the officer got off two shots while his head was in a downward angle... The eye shot and then the kill shot.

if he charged him, i'm guessing the first shot was the one that caught his chest, twisting his torso, and the three shots that followed caught his inner arm. the last 2 were the head shots. I don't think his hands were up.
