I believe the cop panicked, and then he went over the line on shooting him as he ran. But if the other stuff about shooting him in back of head is true, then it opens up even more questions about what happened?
I had heard 2 shots, now it's being thrown out there that 8 shots fired.
If that is true, this Cop will fry, they will gang bang him. Local, state, and federal.

The officer being black or white isn't an issue for me. Abuse of authority by police is the issue for me and that happens by all races. Just ain't a race issue FOR ME. I get it that others are trying to make it a race issue but that's not been the issue for me at all.
