Agreed.
But then, as is always the case, race creeps into the discussion, tainting it.
And not only when Al and Jessie show up. The racial aspect in this thread started well before they announced going to Ferguson.

Yeah the victim was that big, heard them interview some minister from Ferguson on the news the other night, and the minister had said they were trying to talk the victim into playing football in college
cause he was so big. Said the victim didn't wanna play football cause he didn't like the idea of hitting people or something along those lines.

If true, really hurts the account of fighting the cop for the gun.
If true.

Here is a link to a purported eyewitness that put his story on YouTube.
Seems like a credible witness.

I had heard 2 shots, now it's being thrown out there that 8 shots fired.
I think it's more than 2 shots. Even the County cop has stated that Brown was shot (not shots fired) more than just a couple of times.

Releasing cops name tomorrow at noon per Ferguson PD. Don't think that's a good idea.

They should do it today, but probably giving him a chance to get out of town.

Did this thread get whacked?

if there is a bullet entry/exit in that car, then that really discredits the victim's defenders' stories
I think everyone acknowledges that the first shot came from within the car. From what I've heard, even the witnesses say that's the case.

He was a pretty good kid from everything I've read, made good grades, was supposed to start college today, never been in any trouble with the law.
I mean even if he did steal candy from the convinience store, it's not something he should've been killed over.

There were some in this thread that think that any breakage of the "law" is grounds for an impromptu death penalty.
