I've already said this.

I didn't say it was a simple robbery.

He took cigars and when the clerk approached him, he shoved him into the counter and grabbed some more and then ran out.
That is a robbery
Oh ok. I wasn't aware of that. I've been out of the loop.

Come on. You do realize that almost all those synonyms have specific, nuanced meanings?

I can't argue with people who can't read. I didn't say it was a simple robbery.
Anyone else having issues comprehending this guy?

I personally don't trust St. Louis County PD, and I think they waited all this time to forge and falsify evidence. #Ferguson #MikeBrown
yup. they pulled some weekend at bernie's shite and brought the dead body to a set and took pictures of him "robbing" the store and "assaulting" the clerk

WHAT DON'T YOU GET!? THE CITIZENS CREATED THAT FEAR. THEY ACTED LIKE ANIMALS ON THE FIRST NIGHT! THEY ARE THE ONES TO BLAME FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS. IF THEY WANT TO NOT LIVE IN FEAR, HOW ABOUT THEY ACT LIKE A CIVILIZED SOCIETY INSTEAD OF SAVAGES???
All the citizens of Ferguson deserve this? God you're an idiot.

Yes, it makes the narrative of the events very very interesting, but still doesn't affect the ultimate outcome.
Forensics will be the ultimate decider as to whether the officer shot him in the back while he was running away.

I was just commenting on the first surveillance photo posted here. I didn't see that second set. I was by no means claiming his innocence.

Sure. Show me how he didn't shoplift based upon the specific meaning of shoplifting.

Nope. You just have to realize that no matter what evidence is brought to light he will always blame LEO.

Guys, it doesn't matter what you call it. Doesn't matter if you call it shoplifting, robbery or strong armed robbery. Those are just words. What is important here are the acts. Brown had a physical confrontation with the clerk (trusting you guys are right that it's Brown, I haven't looked closely). Showing that propensity to violence just minutes before the shooting changes the entire landscape.
Having said that, it still will not exonerate the cop. There are still a lot of questions that need to be answered about the shooting itself. He may ultimately be exonerated, but it is still way too early to say one way or the other. Even if he is not exonerated though, the picture has still changed.
If Johnson is in that video, his testimony is meaningless at this point. The police department is still going to have a difficult time with Tiffany whatever her name is testimony, along with some of the other witnesses.
Regardless of the outcome of all of that, we still have a very serious problem of abuse of power or militarization or whatever you want to call it. Completely unacceptable.
