Arizona’s Family’s CBS affiliate in Spokane, KREM2, reported Farinacci is a convicted felon in Arizona for manslaughter and premeditated murder. Associated Press records show he killed his father in a fight in Mesa before trying to kill himself in 2010.

So much of our heinous crimes are by repeat criminals. We are all safer if the chance of them repeating (a crime) is eliminated. No release.

I'm skeptical about rehabilitation. I know a couple of killers who seem to have changed but for the most part, they have the opportunity to perfect their evilness.
