One of the best ever Undercover Boss episodes was Popeye's. The CEO had clearly never stepped foot in a Popeye's before.

I discontinued Popeyes from the fast food rotation a long time ago.
It can be good, if they have what you want and are in the mood to give it to you. The chances of both of these things being true at the same time are very, very slim.

The funny thing is there is a Popeye’s in the Galleria not far from Pelham. And it’s not drive thru only because it doesn’t have a drive thru.

Popeyes management pays $7.25 an hour and deals with short staff because they know you dumbasses will keep lining up for their fried garbage.

I did an online order once. Drive thru was long so I walked in. Two culchas in there ordering food. Employees looked at me and said dining room is closed. I said “I’m picking up an online order”. They made my order and I walked out.
Might be a loop hole. Either online order or get some culcha.

When I hear of people raving about Popeyes food, I know they never got to eat it in the 80s and 90s when it was actually great
