Dutchtown/Prairieville area is a great to raise a family. Both high schools are good schools. Prairieville is the newer school (2 years old) but they already started renovating Dutchtown. Also they are adding an athletic field house and another entrance that’ll help with traffic on hwy 73.

I have two kids. One is currently in college and one is a senior this year. Both excelled at Dutchtown and wouldn’t change a thing. Is it perfect? Absolutely not but it worked out great for us.
Yes my neighbor rides her bike everyday with a mask on. She rides with a low tire and I want to tell her that I can fill it for her but I’m nervous to get close.
She probably used a wheelchair service to by pass security then was healed during the flight and didn’t need the chair anymore.

I think it looks like an ORIF clavicle.
After the huge increases in recent years, I prefer a significant decrease that really move the needle. One that’ll truly help out retirees on a fixed income and other families that are struggling. Not a nominal decrease (2%) so Landry can talk about how he lowered insurance rates during his reelection campaign.

My homeowners insurance more than doubled in two years and yall are excited about leveling off or a 2% decrease.

During Covid I would wear scrubs to the grocery store and people would see me coming down the aisle and turn around and run from me. Felt like Moses parting the Red Sea.
Loved mine! We left ours down 99% of the time.

Only gripe i have and I know it’s petty but id rather have a door to walk out of than having to find the remote to raise the slow screen to go out to your yard. I know some have a wall mount switch to control it and im sure thats a little easier but if i was building from scratch i would have an exterior door to get out to the yard. Ive seen this on recent new build designs and i think thats the way to go in my opinion.

I thought mine went out a couple of years ago. I called minka aire and the guy told me it was probably the remote receiver. I changed it out and that’s what it was. I believe it’s a $40 part if you want to give it a try. Fairly easy to change out but it does require taking it down and fully apart.

Construction Loan

Does a construction loan require you to use the banks funds thru the whole process then close at the end?

I have 75% of the funds to build our house. I just need a loan for the remainder 25% of cost. I would rather use my funds as much as possible to save on interest.

Is a construction loan the best process or is there a better loan option to accomplish this?
I agree. If you put all the nuggets back together it wouldn’t even be equal to a full chicken breast.
Garage Experts

Did my garage. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend. Their cabinets and slat walls are high quality. They are turnkey.
So the realtor you were referring to in your initial post is the sellers realtor? She’s sending you inspection reports and so on? You have no representation?
Your realtor should be able to answer any question you might have and guide you thru the whole process.

I’ve seen a ton of interest rate deals. Way lower than 7%.
For example. CPO MDX. Includes extended warranty 7 year or 100k miles. 1.29% for 36 months, 3.99 for 48, or 4.99% for 60. Three rows. True transmission. Not a CVT. Reliable.
