I came home yesterday while it was raining and several young kids on my street were playing out in the rain. Running around and splashing in the puddles. Glad to see them outside doing that.

I get we have everything instantly now if we want it. I do think that things were a bit sweeter back then like hearing that song you had been waiting for awhile to come on or finding the last available tape to rent on the shelf.

Waiting for the next episode. I remember coming home from school and jumping in front of the TV for toonami for the next episode of dragon ball z. I think it was a good thing having to wait instead of binge watching.
