You would love summertime in South Dakota. Still play Legion Baseball where each town has a team sponsored by a Post. It's U19, I believe.
We also still have amateur baseball teams in each town and have a State Championship. Yes, I could come out of retirement at 53 years old after not playing since high school and play competitive amateur baseball, theoretically.
Minnesota has the same things. Maybe even North Dakota too.
