Awww. He is adorable. Bring him to the vet to check him out for anything yuck and to see if he is chipped. Does he have front claws? Can’t see any in pic. If he’s chipped, they will contact the owners. If he’s not, congrats on the handsome new pet!

Kitty Hired Help (maid and cook are the basics)
Hope you do not live anywhere near an Asian food place, if so you now have a house only kitty.
I sense this is in your wardrobe future

Here in N.O. if a cat is clipped one way to tell is they will often snip off part of an ear or notch it. That cat has one ear clipped off from the looks of the pics.

I will only make that deal if people agree to not let their shitty cats ramble around outdoors and breed unchecked. Feral cats are a problem. This catch, fix, and release shite does little to solve that problem.
