Some of them might be taking flights all over the US to watch games. Like they might be taking flights to see one game in Washington DC one day, then another flight to see a game in Washington state the next day, then another flight to see a game in Miami the day after that.
Anyone who is doing that is probably flying private.

Soccer is for most of the world is like the Superbowl and world series wrapped in one, I really don't think the average American understands the worlds love for soccer.

Again, everyone knows there are rich people in poor countries. This is not breaking news. I'm talking about the amount of them. It's surprising that tens of thousands of Moroccans or Columbians or Senegalese or Paraguayans have the funds to fly over here and hang out for a month in expensive U.S. cities.
I looked it up and the State Dept. estimates between 5-10 million international visitors for the World Cup.

I work with a British company based in London a good bit. Their "holiday" vacations are insane.
It's completely fine for them to take off a month at a time in the Summer AND 2-3 weeks at Christmas/NYE. That's not including other vacations they have throughout the year. Summer and late December it's impossible to get shite done.

They all have a lot of rich people. They just don't have much middle class.
Yeah. There are small areas of the US where there are a handful of very rich folks and a vast majority of the rest are at or below the poverty line. I've spent time in the Mississippi Delta and it feels like that sometimes.

I've been to Colombia and Morocco. Both of those countries are full of people with a tech business, a graphic design firm, people who build houses, have car dealerships or deal real estate, people own plumbing businesses or auto body shops or grocery stores, have investments etc etc etc. Just like here.
A lot are probably spending money they shouldn't but, again, it's a misconception to think there's not people in poor countries that have disposable income.
In fact, some of those people do better since they have so much poverty and low wages they can leverage.
