Clinton was slimy but probably the best president since Reagan as far as the economy and domestic issues.
He knew how to get things done, working with the other side.
Something completely lost on presidents since then.
Putting all the blame on him for the housing bust due to lax oversight, ridiculously easy ARMs, and 10 years after he left office, is a massive reach and lazy.

Remember, it was he and his harpy wife who first weaponized the federal government against mainstream Americans. Remember the FBI file controversy and Hillary's Rose Garden press conference?
Remember Slick selling rocket and missile guidance technology to the ChiComs? And when the DoD balked at the sale, good ol' Bill removed the authority from the DoD and handed it over to the State Department? Meanwhile, he was having ChiCom officials/agents sleep over in the White House - but not for any personal gain (wink, wink).

I have never been a Clinton apologist and he is a slimeball.
But that dude wasn't in the twenty worst presidents. Our country was in decent shape, no wars, good economy. Also, WJC was not actively trying to hand over the keys to our country to radicals and Chinese.
Biden, in contrast, is happy to let the radicals run amok and his son is a conduit to the chinese.
I would much prefer Clinton to the jerks we have now.
