I would disagree. People who carry guns aren't afraid of shite. They have a gun.

I just retired, so NO.

When you go to the white ones, you can upgrade to those sweet arse velcro straps.
I bet there are at least 20 different pronouns in that group and the soy levels are off the charts.

I would like defer to Buck Wylde's memory, but IIRC, we had to suspend the evacuation of the Dome to handle the convention center and that is why we did not complete the evacuation of the Dome until Saturday morning. I could have some sequences of events mixed up.

I believe that is correct. Man, that was a long time ago. We had a pretty good portion of the dome under control at that point, but yes we did get a FRAGO to go evacuate the convention center. My team had to commandeer a dump truck and put everyone in back because the water was still too high to get our marked units out of the parking garage.
No, I was Army National Guard and Sheriff's Dept. After 911 when the National Guard was in the airports while TSA was being created, we basically kept that task force together as a Special Reaction Team for several years after that mission ended. We did that in conjunction with our regular Guard job. The SRT was about made up of guardsmen who were civilian law enforcement. About 90% of the team were cops of some sort. My boss was a US Marshal in the Guard if you know who I'm talking about.
Correct. I commanded the SRT for the National Guard. I don't recall anyone dying from thirst. We did have a guy commit suicide by jumping from one of the higher levels. It was a shite show when the power went out and the conditions were about as nasty as you can get inside the dome. The Convention Center was really bad as it wasn't even a shelter and had over 10,000 people in it. We had to evacuate them later after we got everyone out of the Dome.
I was an officer in the Army National Guard and was at the superdome a day or so prior to the storm up until they finally evacuated everyone. It was very bad.
I'm so tired of hearing about this manufactured crisis. Everything is racist these days. That shite is so played out.
I'm 57 and still don't have it all figured out. The advice I give my 26 and 22 year old kids is "Be 26 and 22". Don't try and be 50 at your age. Be the best 26 and 22 year old you can. Be at the top of your game for the age you are.

If Uncle Sam wanted me to have hair, he would have issued it to me.

A judge won't be bamboozled by slick rhetoric, but on the jury side He's putting his fate in the hands of 12 people who weren't smart enough to get out of jury duty.

Therein lies the problem. Anything after that is inconsequential.

Yea, death by diarrhea.
You're going to wind up getting fired eventually. Should have just beat the little freak's arse on the spot and gone out like a man. They/them are gunning for you now since it worked the first time and WILL eventually X you out.
I sent a GMT Master II off to get serviced. I didn't send it to Rolex because IMO its a ripoff. The place I sent it uses Rolex trained watchmakers and guarantees 100% OEM Rolex parts. The turn around time was a couple of weeks vs many months with a Rolex service center. And yes, as others have said Rolex will replace whatever they feel is necessary or refuse to do the work.
