Social media "conspiracy" theory regarding everyone pooping their pants

I quoted "conspiracy" as it's not much of a conspiracy and more just a theory.
Explosive diarrhea is everywhere...on social media (pun intended)
Yet, the number of people across the country with explosive diarrhea is not really higher than any normal day.
But since they are seeing it being talked about all over social media they assume they have the illness causing it and are reporting it.
Now we are introducing a lot of false positives into the reporting scheme and it becomes even more amplified so people with regular old diarrhea think they have the special diarrhea.
Social media is enabling social contagion which is causing mass hysteria.

I think there is a diarrhea bug going around, but the corporations responsible started paying government and media to start running cover for them.

Pretty sure the verified cases are due to them testing positive for the bacteria either through stool samples or microscopic examinations. I know it's a nationally reported disease (because of the potential source) and labs have to report their positive samples/cases to their local health department.
Just like testing for C.Diff or something along those lines.
This isn't just your regular "I've had the runs for a couple of days" deal.

Not really how legitimate conspiracies work. The real conspiracy would be a national lettuce shortage->fabricating this parasite to explain the shortage/limit consumption & hoarding

There is some sort of bug going around. Is it just your normal bug that pops up all the time or something more I have no idea.
My 5 year old vomited and shite on himself last week in his sleep. That was fun to wake up and have to deal with at 1 AM. Thankfully it was as one-time event but the poor kid evacuated the entirety of his digestive track in a couple of minutes.

The one im seeing the most is that now that people are more aware of the slop in every day grocery store products and moving to healthier alternatives and since the powers that be cant have that they have faked this bacteria outbreak. Its not just lettuce but berries and other leafy greens as well that have been recommended you stay away from

Alternative also works, could be under consumption of lettuce on a national level and having it "limited" -> higher consumption long term
e.g. if everyone replaced salads with beef in their diet, we'd run out of cattle in short order. This "shortage" would effectively be like tricking a child into eating vegetables they never really wanted

About once or twice a year I'll fail to duck walk to the toilet in time and end up with smudges in my drawers and have to throw them away, but I too have never full-on shite my pants as an adult.

How do you know this? The number of reported cyclosporiasis cases this year are much higher than in recent years.

My backyard garden is going strong right now. I'm inundated with fresh tomatoes, peppers and zucchini. I have not yet had explosive diarrhea, but I have been taking several healthy dumps every day for the past month.

Back in my day we didn’t have these fancy phones!! We just read the shampoo bottle until we memorized it.
