I was on bourbon last night. Lots of crazy outfits past Orleans street. Had a good time on the balcony of the Cat's Meow people watching.

When we lived in the Quarter, I was most shocked by a black guy, dressed as a plantation master walking two white slaves on leashes in barely there leather costumes that I was told were classic bondage.
