I have one that I’d like to rid myself of without having to visit a medical professional. Anyone have a way to get rid of them at home safely?

I had one on my neck, just above my shirt collar. Seat belt got it a while back. Maybe try that.

Don't be a bitch and rip em off with tweezers or a finger nail clipper

Walmart carries the Dr Scholls Freeze away stuff. It actually works unlike those fricking liquid treatments.

It's like $20

I have my wife tug on them to stretch them out and take my toenail sidecutter tool and just clip them off.

Yeah, they bleed just a bit, but not much more than a shaving nick before they stop-----and they don't come back.

We used that rubber band tool to remove a canine skin tag, but it looks like Amazon no longer sells them.

Two options:

Ice and finger nail clipper

Use floss, tie a tight knit, gone in a week.

you can do the same thing with dental floss tied off about the base of the tag, but it takes a few days to do away with them that way. Just cut the damn thing off and be done with it.

I’ve heard soaking a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and holding it against the skin tag for 30 minutes with gauze or some kind of tape will eventually cause it to fall off.

I’ve used nail clippers for smaller ones.

Pull it off or use fingernail clippers.

Cut it off at the root, it may not hurt, but it’s going to bleed like a motherfricker

That’s my concern with just cutting it off. It pretty big, almost the size of a pencil eraser.

I use freeze spray that I got off of Amazon. Create a border around the skin tag with electrical tape so it doesn’t burn surrounding tissue. Give it a few good sprays. It will blister in a day and fall off about 3 days later. Works well for Seborrheic keratosis too.
