Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that rock and roll.

Well... shite. I actually really appreciated Meatloaf. He was a great performer.

Edit: Putting on Bat out of Hell right now in tribute.

Sad news. For those who grew up with Paradise By Dashboard Light as an anthem to the turbulent crazy days of our youth. Consider yourselves lucky.

His music will endure.

Be at peace.

Wow. I’ve literally had the song “Paradise by the Dashboard Light” stuck in my head since the moment I woke up this morning. I’ve been singing it while getting ready this morning. Completely random as I do t recall hearing it anywhere.

Coincidence or what?

RIP Sheriff John Doggett

He played the racist Sheriff in Crazy in Alabama which despite the name was primarily filmed in Houma, LA. I think that movie poster still was where the Balcony is at.

If you’ve never heard his rendition of the national anthem, you should. My favorite of all time. RIP
