Yeah, I'd make a deal for an LS and keep it for life.

I used to think that way but now I’ve got a 1/4 million worth of cars in my garage.

Order what you want, do not buy off dealer lot. Dealers load up options to maximize profit.

PPL that say they are only over 100k can't think for themselves and need satisfaction that someone else picked out their vehicle for them.

I thought about getting a new truck bc I wanted 4WD, but the prices are stupid. So I’ll keep my 2016 Tundra until my son is old enough to drive. He’s 9, so in 7 years it’ll just be broken in.

I’ll never understand the soccer mom fascination with SUVs.

Minivans are ugly and some people like to be in tanks as they feel safer.

Make a minivan that looks like a SUV and you likely get more sales.

I have a 2017 F150. A comparable one is selling for 60% more now than I paid for mine 6 years ago.

Yeah it’s insane I can’t realistically afford to replace my 2011 diesel F250 fx4 lariat. Paid $50k brand new now over $80k to replace. I will roll that bastard till the wheels fall off. 200k mile and still going strong

You can barely buy a Toyota Highlander for your wife for $60K.

Most expensive New Highlander for sale within 100 miles of me is 56k, least expensive is 41k.

You can easily buy a highlander for way under 60k

I paid 32-33k for a crew cab XLT in 2017. Those are 52k+ now. They can keep them.

Since full sized luxury SUVs became $100K. The higher trim Escalade is now $149,000. The Mercedes GLS63 is $140,000.

I make a good living and easily support my family. My wife works as a school teacher and we live in a nice house.

What the frick do people do that can afford these types of vehicles? Do people just not save a dime? Is everyone making $50-60K more than me?

Some of you need to go back to school and learn about HP vs. torque.

You can buy a new Lexus RX 350 for 55-60k.
That is a full size luxury SUV.
I don't get the demand for Denalis etc for 80-90k etc., except they have more room.
