BRPD is extremely understaffed - he put forth a plan for that last week. That would be working on restoring that. This was his second try to bump police pay. The first one the citizens voted down so he found a way around that.

For years - not a couple years, for over 6 years EVERY Friday and Saturday late night at 2AM for about 15-20 minutes you can hear the motors revving and some type of racing taking place. I live (as the crow fly) 6 miles from Top golf/conns parking lots.
The Klienpeter Sheriff sub station on Airline is only 2 miles (as the crow fly).
The BR City police on Goodwood/Airline is only 5 miles as the crow fly.
NOTHING is being done. Nothing at all.
Someone here posted the Google map link of the Conns/Top Golf parking lot. Three of those lots a covered with burnout circles from drifting. It is amazing! What's worse, the cops are doing nothing!
So, after 6-7 years for 104 times a year, like clockwork this takes place.
Wouldn't you expect LEO to hide a few units out of sight at 1:45 am so they can catch these thugs??
So now the thugs amped it up. Now they are unloading rounds with automatic weapons.

This isn't a movie. This is what will happen with the next 12 months:
The thugs will start burning shite down to the ground over there. One thug will disagree with what he perceives to be the outcome of the race. Shoots the other thug, and burns up the car, gun fire erupts, Conns building is set on fire and the chaos is amps up again.

frick the excuses. This isn't rocket science. This happens like clock work at 2AM E V E R Y Friday and Saturday late night. You say he is working on a plan???
Guess what - him and the plan FAILED again.
Here's a plan - have some units hidden (but ready to go) staged at St George School back parking lot at 1:30-1:45 AM this Friday and Saturday. At exactly 2AM when chaos erupts, the FIRST thing they do is block every access point to and from Top Golf. The remaining units - go in and do your fricking JOB.
