It had been about 3 weeks since i heard the N word until i had to go to CVS today and some 40 something black woman was sharing her culture music with the parking lot. I heard it about 10 times in 40 steps.

Need to change the laws regarding fleeing and traffic disruption.

Not all areas, only those annexed into BR after the 2019 election results were certified. This was annexed before the second petition was certified (before signatures were gathered).

A good place to start would be to look up the percentage of black families in the 1950s and 60s that were a nuclear family and then compare that to now. And then look at the crime rate. I think you will get a good start on understanding what you don’t know.
