She is claiming she cannot work because she does not know how. She says she was always a housewife, and mother. He says they always had maids and nannies.
She has produced 4 children, starting at 15. 3 were from before she met him but he adopted 2 of those. All 3 were over 21 when they split up so there is no child support.

If he loses both properties to foreclosure, the bank gets them. He files for bankruptcy, then heads to court for a restructured settlement. The bank auctions the properties, ex gets nothing, and he's off the hook for a lot of the alimony.
Let's say one of his "friends" formed an LLC and bought the property at sheriff's sale, could he still live there?
