Additionally, the studio was one of numerous properties to take significant flood damage in August 2016.
From what I've heard he lost pretty much all his memorabilia and the insurance company has been fricking him on it.

You frickin frick.
My exes are advanced degree(real degrees) having professionals with good jobby jobs.
I get arse-raped by child support like a skinny new boy at Angola. But never owed a dime in alimony.
I'm inviting Matt Morris to Ivars tonight for Absolut Doubles. Come join us.

Not sure if true, but I had heard the alimony settlement was based off a percentage of what he was earning at that time....which has since changed drastically, putting him in a bad bind.

only thing is, it will cost him a ton, and it doesn't seem like has the means, to go to court to petition for amendment

My wife convinced me to take the family through his drive-thru Christmas extravaganza about a month ago. That was the most pathetic lights display I've ever seen. I would have been embarrassed for others to see that setup and the dump that was his property.
+1
We should strike while the iron’s hot and get a class action going. I want my $25 back.

I'd 100% drive in for that if it were real.

Depending on the state, that's how it works generally. The courts just assume you will always make the same income and not have any life changes while you're paying the ex.

It's next to impossible to get an amendment anyway. It probably wouldn't be worth his time and money.

Sounds like a good time for a Scott Innes concert. He loves to promote how close him and Schneider are. Guarantee you he won’t do shite to help the guy. Innes only wants the friendship because of what it gets HIM. Whatever it may be.

They own, together, the place in LA and the places in CA. One in CA produces $5K per month in income. They are behind in taxes on that one too. She wants him to pay all the back taxes on CA and LA properties and give her all the CA ones. She was trying to force him to sell LA to catch up on the temporary alimony.
She was awarded $19k per month in alimony but is now asking for $31k. She says he is behind $150k in alimony. He says he used all the money he had left repairing his studio in LA.
She claims that he makes $83k per month. The trial date for the divorce was supposed to be set last October. He cannot lose this succubus quick enough.

His ex fleeced him for everything he had. I bet the Dukes of Hazzard boycott really fricked him as well.
i recall seeing him in an interview years ago saying he had a modest life that was only made possible by the royalties he got from the reruns of the series.
he said it wasnt much but it was enough to keep the bills paid

Lesson to nearly all celebrities. The gravy train will eventually head back to the station, so plan accordingly.
